Some people think that violent films and video games have negative effects on people and should be banned. Others think that they are just relaxation sources. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

Beset by routines in lives, game players could get rid of their pent-up aggression or frustration, while those drawn to torture movies could regulate their emotions in a safe zone. The intense psychological experience also triggers adrenalines and dopamine similar to extreme sports, but without physical danger.
