一次性高鐵座椅套火了！鐵路12306客服：不反對攜帶使用

最近正值暑假出遊高峰期，很多人都有乘高鐵出行的需求。

有網友發帖稱，發現列車上有不少乘客自帶一次性座套。有網友評論稱，因爲暑期氣溫較高，人們穿着清涼，怕被其他人傳染皮膚病。

Some netizens have said they worry about catching skin diseases during summer months, when other passengers wear less clothing and some even put their bare feet on tray tables or step on seats without shoes.

有商家稱，高鐵座椅180天才清潔一次。

據瞭解，座套的價格從1元多到十幾元不等，部分商鋪的一次性座椅套已經售賣了10萬餘件。

Online sellers claim that high-speed train seats are only cleaned every 180 days. Disposable seat covers are priced from as low as 1 yuan to over 10 yuan, with some shops selling more than 100,000 units.

此前，就有乘客脫鞋把腳搭在小桌板上，或者拖鞋直接踩高鐵座椅的報道。

12306迴應：暫不售賣

據中新經緯21日消息，對於網友普遍關心的“椅套多久換洗一次”，12306客服表示，動車組列車座席套（包括一等座、二等座和餐車座席）的更換頻率平均在120天到180天不等，“一些跑得多、容易髒的線路可能會更換勤一些”。

According to Economic View, a customer service representative at 12306, China's railway customer service center, said that seat covers on bullet trains, including first-class, second-class, and dining car seats, are typically replaced every 120 to 180 days. "Lines with higher passenger traffic may see more frequent changes," the representative added.

上述12306客服稱，每趟列車每天都會多次打掃衛生、消毒，如果列車工作人員發現座椅椅套出現髒污或破損，會及時更換。

對於高鐵是否將售賣一次性座套，12306迴應，目前列車暫不售賣一次性座椅套，乘客可自行準備。鐵路部門會考慮相關上架建議。

Trains undergo multiple cleanings and disinfection daily. If staff notice stains or damage on seat covers, they are replaced immediately. However, 12306 confirmed that disposable seat covers are not currently sold on trains, though passengers are allowed to bring their own. The railway department may consider offering them in the future.

對於車廂內不文明行爲，前述鐵路工作人員稱，會以文明勸導爲主，暫無強制懲處措施。列車座椅也會定期消毒，而對於旅客攜帶使用一次性座套，鐵路系統並不反對此舉。

For passengers who engage in uncivilized behavior, such as putting their feet on seats, railway staff primarily rely on verbal reminders rather than penalties.

中國鐵路微信公衆號2024年5月發佈的內容顯示，爲保證旅客乘車體驗良好，根據《鐵路旅客運輸服務質量規範》，鐵路部門對座席套實行規範管理：

一是與其他布製備品一樣定期換洗，一般座席套換洗週期爲180天；

二是在換洗期限內污損的，將及時換洗；

三是在列車上發生突發污損情況的，工作人員將及時清理，提供備用座套（坐墊）。

不過，也有網友指出，有乘客套完一次性座套後就留在座位上，給後續坐車的乘客也造成困擾。

高鐵座位該不該套一次性座套，引發網友廣泛討論。

就乘客關心的如何處理廢棄一次性座套問題，北京地區客服表示，無論是座位還是臥鋪，乘客均可使用一次性防護用品，但建議乘客下車時自行處理廢棄座套或交給保潔人員。廣州客服建議，一次性座套能否攜帶，乘客使用前可以與列車工作人員確認。使用後的具體處置方式需視列車實際情況而定，建議乘客自行妥善處理廢棄座套。西安地區客服也表示，若旅客希望攜帶自購一次性座套使用，並不會受到限制，鐵路方面對此持支持態度。

Regarding disposal, Beijing's 12306 advises passengers to either take used covers with them or hand them to cleaning staff. Guangzhou's customer service suggests confirming with train staff before use, while Xi'an's office states that passengers are free to bring their own covers without restrictions.
