美國ITC正式對移動蜂窩通信設備啓動337調查，一加、聯想、TCL等爲列名被告

據中國貿易救濟信息網消息，2025年8月4日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定移動蜂窩通信設備（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices）啓動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1456）。

2025年7月3日，韓國Pantech Corporation of the Republic of Korea向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國註冊專利號9,548,839、11,659,503、11,051,344、12,267,876），請求美國ITC發佈有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將於立案後45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基於政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發佈的救濟令自發布之日生效並於發佈之日後的第60日起具有終局效力。
