美國總統川普（Donald Trump）預告在13日下午1點（臺灣時間14日凌晨2時）舉行記者會，宣佈新的對等關稅計劃。根據美媒最新消息指出，川普的對等關稅計劃宣佈後，預計在4月1日纔會正式上路，並不會立刻實施。

根據美媒CNBC報導，一名白宮官員在川普的新聞發佈會前表示，川普即將宣佈的新關稅措施，預計幾個月後纔會生效，最快可能是4月1日，不過官員並未透露新關稅的細節。
