精俐生醫新店寶高研發中心盛大開幕　啟動醫療器材智慧製造新篇章

精俐生醫股份有限公司6月11日於新店「寶高智慧產業園區」隆重舉辦研發中心開幕典禮，正式啓用全新智慧製造基地，象徵公司在智慧科技醫療領域的研發實力邁向新里程碑。新北市副市長劉和然、經發局副局長陳玫秀、立法委員羅明才、行政院政務顧問劉德宗、中華民國醫療器材商業同業公會全國聯合會理事長陳堯濱等多位政界貴賓親臨剪綵，共同見證這場結合創新、產業與社會責任的重要盛會。

作爲深耕呼吸照護領域超過二十年的在地企業，精俐生醫此次斥資打造寶高研發中心，結合流體力學模擬技術、人工智慧應用與數位製造能力，持續推動MIT製氧機的創新與優化。未來研發中心將成爲產品設計、測試、智慧製造與國際合作的關鍵據點，強化高品質醫療器材的開發實力，並加速拓展全球市場。

開幕典禮除展示最新研發成果，也邀請多位來自產官學界的重要貴賓進行專題演講，內容涵蓋研發創新、法規趨勢及臨牀應用，讓與會者深入瞭解精俐生醫的核心技術與未來佈局。中央研究院郭志禹教授分享了與精俐生醫長期產學合作的技術成果，展現學研能量如何轉化爲產品競爭力；成功大學周鼎贏副教授則深入說明製氧機在流體與散熱方面的優化設計，突顯工程模擬在產品研發中的應用價值。

在法規面向，ETC執行長林宗清介紹合格氧氣機的認證標準與實務經驗，幫助產業掌握法規符合性的關鍵；來自漢翔航空工業的陳石坤博士則說明智慧製造與系統開發如何導入製氧機生產流程，加速自動化與數據化轉型；最後，由三軍總醫院呼吸治療師李天琪帶來「數位化氧療與臨牀應用」的實務分享，從臨牀角度切入，讓與會者瞭解創新產品在實際照護中的成效與潛力。

活動現場亦同步發表精俐生醫最新一代怡氧系列產品——「Faciox 攜帶型製氧機POC101」。此款產品專爲居家氧療與外出活動需求設計，具備輕量化、高效能等特點，提升使用舒適度與安全性。Faciox 攜帶型製氧機的誕生，代表精俐生醫對高齡化社會與行動照護需求的積極迴應，並再次展現其在氧氣治療領域的技術領導地位。

Faciox Inc. Unveiled Baogao R&D Center with Grand Opening, Ushering in a New Era of Smart Medical Device Manufacturing

Faciox Inc. ceremoniously held the grand opening ceremony for its R&D Center at the Baogao Smart Industrial Park, officially inaugurating its new smart manufacturing base. This event symbolized the company's stride towards a new milestone in its R&D capabilities within the field of smart medical technology. New Taipei City Deputy Mayor Liou, Her-Ran Deputy Commissioner Chen, Mei-Shiou of the Department of Economic Development, Legislator Lo, Ming-Tsai, Executive Yuan Political Advisor Liu, De-Tsung, and Chen, Yao-Ping, Chairman of the National Federation of Medical Device Commercial Associations of the Republic of China, among other distinguished political guests, personally attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, jointly witnessing this significant occasion that integrated innovation, industry, and social responsibility.

As a local enterprise with over two decades of deep roots in the respiratory care sector, Faciox Inc. made a substantial investment this time to establish the Baogao R&D Center. The center integrates fluid dynamics simulation technology, artificial intelligence applications, and digital manufacturing capabilities to continuously drive the innovation and optimization of Made-in-Taiwan (MIT) oxygen concentrators. Moving forward, the R&D Center will serve as a crucial hub for product design, testing, smart manufacturing, and international collaboration, strengthening the company's development capabilities for high-quality medical devices and accelerating its expansion into global markets.

In addition to showcasing the latest R&D achievements, the opening ceremony also invited several key guests from industry, government, and academia to deliver keynote speeches. The topics covered R&D innovation, regulatory trends, and clinical applications, allowing attendees to gain a deeper understanding of Faciox Inc.'s core technologies and future strategies. Professor Kuo, Chih-Yu from Academia Sinica shared the technical achievements of their long-term industry-academia collaboration with Faciox Inc., demonstrating how academic and research capabilities can be transformed into product competitiveness. Associate Professor Chou, Ting-Ying (Chou, Dean) from National Cheng Kung University further elaborated on the optimized design of oxygen concentrators in terms of fluid dynamics and heat dissipation, highlighting the application value of engineering simulation in product R&D.

Regarding the regulatory aspect, ETC CEO Lin, Tsung-Ching introduced the certification standards and practical experience for qualified oxygen concentrators, assisting the industry in grasping the key aspects of regulatory compliance. Dr. Chen, Shyr-Kuen (Stone) from Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) then explained how smart manufacturing and system development could be integrated into the oxygen concentrator production process, accelerating automation and digitalization transformation. Finally, Respiratory Therapist Li, Tien-Chi from Tri-Service General Hospital provided a practical sharing on Digital Oxygen Therapy and Clinical Applications, offering clinical insights that allowed attendees to understand the effectiveness and potential of innovative products in actual care.

At the event, Director Yeh, Che-Wei of Faciox Inc. unveiled the latest generation of its UPOC series product – the Faciox Portable Oxygen Concentrator POC101. This product was specifically designed for home oxygen therapy and outdoor activity needs, featuring lightweight and high-efficiency characteristics to enhance user comfort and safety. The introduction of the Faciox Portable Oxygen Concentrator represents Faciox Inc.'s proactive response to the aging society and the demand for mobile care, once again demonstrating its technological leadership in the field of oxygen therapy.

Notably, the event also extended invitations to distributors from overseas and across Taiwan, along with partners from regional medical device stores, to join in the celebration. These long-term collaborators, who have consistently supported Faciox Inc., are crucial forces enabling the brand to deeply cultivate the market and stay close to user needs.
