One positive change I made recently in my daily routine is incorporating regular exercise into my schedule. I used to have a very sedentary lifestyle, where I mostly sat at my desk all day working, but I realized this was affecting my health. So, I decided to dedicate 30 minutes every morning to either a run or a quick workout at home.
最近我在我的日常生活中做的一個積極改變就是定期鍛鍊。我以前的生活方式非常久坐，基本上整天都在桌前工作，但我意識到這種方式影響了我的健康。所以我決定每天早上留出30分鐘時間，要麼去跑步，要麼在家做快速的鍛鍊。
This change has been really beneficial for me. I feel a lot more energetic throughout the day, and I’ve also noticed a boost in my mood. It’s a great way to start the day and sets a positive tone for everything I do. Plus, it helps me stay focused and productive during work hours.
這個改變對我來說真的很有益。我感覺整天精力充沛，也注意到心情變得更好。它是一天的開始方式，而且爲我做的每件事定下了積極的基調。另外，它還幫助我在工作時間保持專注和高效。
I believe this is a positive change because it not only improves my physical health but also enhances my mental well-being. By prioritizing my health in the mornings, I feel more balanced and ready to face the day’s challenges. I’m definitely happy with this change.
我相信這是一個積極的改變，因爲它不僅改善了我的身體健康，還提高了我的心理健康。通過在早上優先關注健康，我感到更加平衡，並且準備好迎接一天的挑戰。我對這個改變感到非常滿意。
